The theme of the second Arabia Felix Hackathon, which took place in November 2021, was youth’s contributions to coexistence in their communities. Workshop participants learned how to develop serious games. Out of 86 teams comprising over 450 young women and men from 18 Yemeni governorates, eight teams were selected to participate, including one all-woman team. Two winning teams were chosen to further develop their ideas into community mobile games. These are Carred and Riftless.
